Exhibitor Housing
Hotel booking details will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email only. Register and book your stay by September 29 to receive VRMA's discounted room rate of $225 (single/double occupancy + tax). The rate for an additional person (18 years and older) is $25/person per night. After the cut-off date, reservations are subject to availability.
Hotel Solicitations Alert!
Please do not make any reservations or agreements with any unknown housing, travel or outside Vendor Company. Hotel reservations for the 2023 VRMA International Conference should be made directly through the online reservation link. Should you have any questions, please let us know at vrmaexhibits@vrma.org.
Please note: Travel Time, Convention Travel, Convention Housing Services and Business Travel Bureau are not VRMA-approved suppliers!
Exhibitor Shipping & Material Handling
The warehouse deadline date for receiving has been extended to Monday, October 16, 2023. The Disney Coronado Springs Resort Ricoh Business Center is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
All shipments must be sent through Alliance in order to arrive on time Show Open on Sunday, October 22, 5:30pm.
